Easter

     For Easter our neighbors came over to do eggs with us.  After church we got out all

the dyes and started coloring.  We each got to

do four eggs each.  Pippin our other neighbors dog decided to come with us.

We all walked down to Creamy Hollow where we always 

roll (or rather throw) our eggs down the hill.  My dad gives the usual talk about how we 

roll eggs on Easter because the stone was rolled on Jesus's tomb.  Then once were done we pick

up garbage off the hill and walk back home.

Spring Break : Richfeild

For spring break we went up to Richfeild, Utah to see my grandma, Marylee.  We went climbing Big Rock Candy Mountain, we played at (great) Aunt Jean's backyard, and you can't go 

to grandma's without going to DI.

This was one of the best spring breaks.  Thanks for letting us stay

up with you grandma. 

Brooke and Me

    Brooke and I have always been close and alike.  We always have fun together and talk together.  Everyone says we look like twins but neither of us see it.  We are both sarcastic and speak our mind.  We both love gymnastics.  We both only have one best friend : Vanessa.  This was a little bit about Brooke and me.

Another Snowy Day

      It has been pretty warm lately until Friday hit.  There was a snow storm.  My mom had Brooke, Josh, and me go clear off the tramps, we did a little more than that.

Cake Making

     This happened a little bit ago I just forgot to write.  My mom had a cake made and left the decorating to Brooke and me.  We had some troubles.  She cut the strawberries while I frosted the cake.  I did not think it through. I frosted both cakes and forgot to put one on top of the other.  Brooke and I grabbed under the cake and lifted it up, a bit of the bottom came off but it worked out pretty well.

Snowy Little Preston

     Preston gets a lot of snow from December through February. The snow stays until April. Today was bad.     We went out and shoveled around nine. By the time we were done the ground was already covered. We shoveled it four times before going to church. They would have canceled church if it weren't Ward Conference. The men with trucks went around shoveling town. I hope it is still bad tomorrow so school will be canceled.      

Homemade Delights

     My mom makes amazing food. Almost all of it is always homemade. It is always good, well not all the time for me. It is surprising that I like a lot of it because i'm such a picky eater. She has been trying many new recipes lately. Most come from Pinterest. Last night we had pork chops with a sauce to put on it, potatoes with lemons to squeeze over it, and green beans. For dessert we had chocolate filled chocolate chip muffins. It was all so good. I'm glad my mom spends time cooking for us it is a lot better than any fast food places, restaurants, or store bought items. Thanks mom.
