Winter
Yesterday it was only my dad, Pippin (the neighbor dog that loves our dad), and me home. I decided to go take some pictures outside and Pippin accompanied me. I took pictures of Pippin on the back porch where it wasn't deep. Snow has been falling a lot this past week. Snow was up to my knees when I went to take pictures underneath the tramp. It was a cold adventure but I got some good pictures out of it.

Another Flood
We had a flood last year in our basement and had to redo all the downstairs carpet. We are so lucky because we got another flood yesterday. When I got home from school yesterday my mom told me we flooded. Because my favorite thing to do after school is cleaning up a flood I quickly got to work. We laid down tarps and towels and started moving the wet things out from the storage room. The water was about an inch high on the whole storage room floor. Kendon and Brooke got home a few minutes later and got put to work. The Westerbergs came as well to help. We took everything on the bottom of the storage room floor out then vacuumed most of the water up. After about 5 hours of working we had a break. Bishop Westerberg ordered us some pizzas and bread sticks. After eating we helped with a few more things then us kids were done. Our neighbor who helped us with our flood last time came over to help with the carpet that got wet. We didn't get much water this winter so at church they asked us to fast and pray for moisture. My dad said, "We got the water, just most of it in our house" After a long night of working and breaking our backs we got to relax and watch Reign!

Day with the Ackerman's
This weekend we went to the Ackerman's. We tried to play break the ice with Abby but she took over to play it her way: break all the ice as fast as you can. We then ate when Dustin got home. After that we went to Hill Air Force Bass Museum by their house. Abby loved all the airplanes. She walked around pointing at everything and inspecting it. We went back the Ackerman's house and sat for a few minutes watching hyper, dancing Abby. Sadly, after that we had to leave, but thanks to the Ackerman's for a fun day.
